During your stay we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. To realise this, we kindly request you adhere to our terms

1. Guests must be above the age of 18 to enter.

2. Guests should under no circumstances operate the Sauna. Please alert the staff if the temperature should be modified. 

3. We ask guests to walk mindfully between facilities to avoid slippery surfaces. 

4. Guests should check with their doctor prior to using our facilities if they are pregnant or planning to become pregnant; have any heart or other health conditions.

5. Guests should not enter if they have any open wounds or cuts.

6. We ask our guests to take a shower before entering into sauna facilities.

7. We ask our guests to sit on their towels in the sauna.

8. We ask our guests to listen to their body, and to exit facilities if they begin to feel dizzy or lightheaded. 

9. The use of a mobile phone or other electronic equipment is not allowed while using the facilities.

10. Guests are not allowed to eat, drink alcoholic beverages, use narcotics or smoke during their experience. 

11. Guests always need to follow instructions from the staff immediately. Any inappropriate behaviour, whether verbally or nonverbally, is in no circumstance allowed.

12. The use of the facilities is at the guest's own risk and responsibility.

13. BADHUS or our collaborative partners are not liable for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.
