How do I book at Badhus?

We offer 2 booking options:

• Book a 2-hour drop in at Badhus @ Soliel here.

• Book a 90 minute private sauna booking at Badhus @ De Ceuvel (for groups of 2-4 people only) here.

What is included at Badhus @ Soleil?

Our new facilities behind Cafe Soleil, offer both spacious indoor & outdoor shared facilities. One of our hosts will be onsite to greet you, introduce you to the space, and be available to answer any questions you have during your session.

Indoor Facilities:

• A spacious indoor sauna (fits up to 15 people)

• Mixed Changing Room

• A 90m² warehouse space with a cozy lounge and fireplace

Outdoor Facilities:

• A large floating sauna (fits up to 15 people)

• Cold plunge options: cold shower, plunge pool, and access to natural water

• Please note there is currently no warm shower option.

What is included at Badhus @ De Ceuvel?

Please note that private bookings do not give you access to our new facilities @ Cafe Soleil

• Private access to our small barrel sauna floating at De Ceuvel- suitable for 2-4 people only.

• We also have an outdoor/ uncovered sitting area with a bonfire right outside the sauna

• For cooling down, we have 1 cold bath, a cold shower, and access to the natural water.

• Please note that we no longer offer hottub facilities

• All our facilities are fully outdoor, so you should be prepared to brave the elements.

• Please note there is no changing room offered- guests can use the area around the barrel sauna

• One of our hosts will meet you at the entrance of De Ceuvel to provide a short introduction to the facilities.

• Please bring a swimsuit, towel, and sandals with you

How do I get there?

• For the 2-hour drop in at Badhus @ Soleil please meet here. You can find the sauna by walking through the back entrance of Cafe Soleil.

• Book a 90 minute private sauna booking at Badhus @ De Ceuvel please meet here. You can wait by a large steel gate (entrance of Hotel Asile Flottant).

Can I change or cancel my booking after it’s confirmed?

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance of your booking.

Up until 24 hours in advance, 50% refund is possible.

It is always possible to move your session to a later date/time. Please contact our team at hello@badhus-amsterdam.nl.

Are there changing facilities?

Badhus @ Soleil offers a spacious indoor shared changing room with to store your things underneath the benches. We also have a few lockers to store your things securely, however you will need to bring your own lock!

There are no changing facilities offered at our private sauna option Badhus @ De Ceuvel.

What do I bring with me?

Bathing suit (required)

Sandals or flip flops (required)

Water bottle

Two towels (one to sit on, one to dry off with)

Warm Clothes to change into

Can I rent a towel onsite?

Yes! We have a small inventory of towels on hand, which are available to rent for 5 euros.

We highly recommend to bring your own!

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

No, outside food and drinks are not allowed.

We offer complementary Water & Tea. At our Badhus @ Soleil location we offer drink service during your session (non-alcoholic drinks only).
